Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, Tiny Hill Flower Farm does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Each bunch is made using seasonal flowers grown on the farm, and natural variations in colour, size, and flower varieties are to be expected. These variations are part of the nature and beauty of seasonal flowers and do not qualify for a refund.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact Tiny Hill Flower Farm within 24 hours of delivery or pickup, including a photo where possible. Each situation will be assessed individually, and a replacement or refund may be offered where appropriate.
Tiny Hill Flower Farm is not responsible for flowers once they have been delivered to the nominated address or collected, including damage due to weather, heat, cold, or improper care.
Subscription orders are non-refundable once the subscription period has begun.
