By placing an order with Tiny Hill Flower Farm, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
General
Tiny Hill Flower Farm is a small seasonal flower farm based in Wānaka, New Zealand. All flowers are grown and arranged using what is currently in bloom. Due to the seasonal and natural nature of flowers, availability, colours, and varieties may vary.
By purchasing from this website, you agree to these terms.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability. In the event that specific flowers are unavailable, suitable substitutions may be made while maintaining the overall style, value, and quality of the bunch.
Tiny Hill Flower Farm reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary. In this case, a full refund will be provided.
Delivery
Local delivery is available within Wānaka. Delivery dates and times will be arranged at the time of purchase or as specified for subscriptions.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive the flowers, or that clear instructions are provided for a safe place to leave them.
Once flowers have been delivered to the nominated address, Tiny Hill Flower Farm is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
Pickup
Pickup is available by arrangement. Customers are responsible for collecting their order at the agreed time.
Subscriptions
Flower subscriptions run for the specified duration at the time of purchase. Deliveries will occur on the agreed day (currently Fridays). Subscription orders cannot be paused, transferred, or refunded once they have begun.
Refunds and Returns
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, refunds or returns are not offered for change of mind.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact Tiny Hill Flower Farm within 24 hours of delivery or pickup, and a suitable resolution will be considered.
Flower Care
Tiny Hill Flower Farm is not responsible for the lifespan of flowers once they have been delivered or collected. Flower longevity depends on care, environment, and conditions beyond our control.

We make every effort to ensure website information, descriptions, and pricing are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. Tiny Hill Flower Farm reserves the right to correct any errors and update information at any time.
