Shipping Policy

Tiny Hill Flower Farm currently offers local delivery within Wānaka and surrounding areas, as well as farm pickup.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available within Wānaka. Delivery days and times will be specified at the time of purchase. For subscription orders, deliveries are made on Fridays unless otherwise arranged.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the flowers, or provide clear instructions for a safe place to leave them. Tiny Hill Flower Farm is not responsible for flowers once they have been delivered to the nominated address.

Pickup

Farm pickup is available by arrangement. You will receive confirmation details and pickup instructions after placing your order.

Delivery Area

Delivery is currently limited to Wānaka and nearby areas. If you are unsure whether delivery is available to your address, please get in touch before ordering.

Future Shipping

At this time, fresh flowers are available for local delivery or pickup only. In the future, Tiny Hill Flower Farm may offer shipping of dried flowers, seeds, tubers, and other non-perishable items within New Zealand. Shipping details and costs will be provided when these products become available.

Ceramics

Ceramic pieces, including vases, are available through my ceramics studio, Clay & Ball, and are subject to separate shipping and delivery policies outlined on that website.
